Returns, Refunds & Replace Policy
All sales made on AarviCollection.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, and replacements.
Wrong or Damaged prodcuts
If you receive wrong a product or a damaged product, you must raise a request within 24 hoursof delivery.
Inspection and Approval
- All requests will be reviewed and inspected by our team.
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products must be unused and in original condition for inspection.
Refund Process
- Once the request approved after inspection, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- The refund amount will be credited within 10 working days from the date of approval.
